A: Yes. We can deliver high-quality formats including 4K (and even 8K when needed). Special requests may increase the cost depending on the deliverables and workflow.
Q: How do we hire you for our event?
A: Easy — send us an email with your event type, date, location, and what you need (photo, video, or both). If it fits our criteria and schedule, we’ll send package options.
Q: How many photographers/videographers do you bring to an event?
A: It depends on what you need. We scale the crew based on the size of the event, coverage requirements, and the final deliverables.
Q: Can you do same-day editing?
A: Yes, depending on the workload and what’s required. Same-day delivery is a premium service and includes an additional rush fee.
Q: How much do you charge for events?
A: Pricing is based on factors like event length, location, deliverables, turnaround time, and whether additional staff is needed. We offer three affordable package options, and we’ll recommend the best one after we review your event details.
Q: Is documenting events important for branding and marketing?
A: Yes. In today’s digital world, content is one of the most powerful marketing tools. Documenting your events helps you engage your current audience, attract new customers, and build long-term content that shows your brand growth. Consistent visuals help your audience connect with your business — and you don’t want to fall behind while others build a strong content library.

Q: How will we receive our videos/photos?
A: Delivery depends on your contract, but we typically offer two options:
Cloud delivery through our secure service called theBOX (easy downloading and sharing). We keep your files available for up to 6 months, and we’ll contact you before it expires if you’d like to extend storage for a yearly fee.
Physical delivery on an SSD drive (we can purchase it for you at a low cost so you can keep everything for self-storage).
COMMERCIAL / DOCUMENTARY VIDEO WORK
Q: Do you provide script, storytelling, and storyboarding?
A: Yes — depending on the project, we can provide scripting, storytelling support, and storyboarding.
Q: What’s your cost per commercial?
A: Most small projects start around $3,000 (example pricing). Final cost depends on the scope. A typical package may include:
2-person crew
Sound included
Standard lighting included
Up to ~6 hours on-location (depending on the project)
Post-production included
Music and sound effects added
Color correction
Standard editing
1 round of revisions (additional revisions available)
Delivery in about 2 weeks (rush delivery available as an option)
